The automatic notching machine is based on the Graule AS-P-550 and comes with a hydro-pneumatic sawing unit feed for cutting aluminium profiles, controlled by the computer panel.
Two independently arranged sawing units enable various notches at the profile bar ends. Both saw blades can be swivelled within the range of +/- 45 degrees via the computer.
The profile fence is adjustable with pneumatic clamping of the profile.
A spray attachment for the coolant is installed and activates whilst sawing.
The 3 phase motor is 400v, 3kW at 2,800 U/min
The blade sizes are 500mm and 550mm with a bore diameter of 50mm.
The notching height is 210mm, the depth is 190mm and the width is 140mm.
