Graule AS-P 550 Notching Saw

The Graule AP-P 550 is the original notching saw that is often seen in different colours.

 

The automatic notching machine AS-P-550 comes with a hydro-pneumatic sawing unit feed for cutting aluminium profiles. There is also a digital readout for all 3 angles. 

 

Two independently arranged sawing units enable various notches at the profile bar ends. Both saw blades can be swivelled within the range of +/- 45 degrees via a worm drive with a crank handle.

 

The profile fence is adjustable with pneumatic clamping of the profile. 

 

A spray attachment for the coolant is installed and activates whilst sawing.

 

The 3 phase motor is 400v, 3kW at 2,800 U/min

 

The blade sizes are 500mm and 550mm with a bore diameter of 50mm.

 

The notching height is 210mm, the depth is 190mm and the width is 180mm.

Optional extras include upgrading the machine to 4 axis control, laser line device for vertical saw blade, roller support for long profile bars and a noise protection package.

The machine is built to order and has a lead time of 4 to 8 weeks depending on time of order.
