MLA Trickle Vent Router

We are able to supply you with brand new MLA single head routers, ideal for both pvc and aluminium bar processing.

The A21 is the single head version, whilst the A24 has the Espag triple drill function.

The vertical milling unit has the following specs:

– Working area (xyz) 700x140x110mm
– Three diameters pneumatic copy pin (5-8-10mm)
– One standard template
– 8mm collet, with one 5mm cutter.

The A24 adds along the horizonal drilling unit:

– Stroke (y) 60mm, positioning (z) at 30 ÷ 90mm from the working table.
– M10 threaded drill unit, with two right handed drills and one left handed centre drill at 12mm cut.
The A21 comes with 2 support bars with mm scale (right and left).

Add optional profile supports.

The A24 comes with a set of 4 lateral stop devices and two support bars and a “S” profile centring device.
